LYNX TESTER ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION
Lynx Tester is a complete test platform that verifies the functionality of the manufactured electronic products to assure that they are free of failures when delivered to customers. It is used by companies that manufacture electronic products (EMS), especially in automotive, industrial, and medical markets. It consists of three main parts: test hardware, software scheduler and a cloud database that stores and analyzes the test data. When these elements interact, the EOL test engineer has the security about the correctness of the electronic that is manufactured in the assembly line.

LYNX SCHEDULER
Lynx Scheduler is a test case management software used for the validation of electronic products at the manufacturing end-of-line. It is useful for ICT, FCT or a combination of both. As it does not require programming skills, the test engineer can easily create and modify the test sequences for the to assure the required test coverage. The solution is perfect for validating complex electronic products in manufacturing lines that require flexibility, adaptability, and high coverage levels at a minimum test time.

LYNX TRACE
Lynx Trace is a traceability cloud-based software that unifies in a single portal all test information generated by the Lynx Scheduler at the company manufacturing plants. It features relevant test information for plant managers in order to evaluate and optimize the implemented test process by showing configurable statistics, plant time and performance comparisons. It also implements DUT returns and rework handling.

LYNX SWITCH MATRIX
End of line testers, whether they are ICT or functional (FKT), require the use of solid-state relays (SSR) for creating paths for applying the correct stimulus into the device under test (DUT) pins. This fact makes Relay Boards one of the most critical parts of the system due to several considerations: reliability, simplicity, and cost. Lynx Tester has a small but sufficient set of Switch Matrix Relay Boards, each designed for a specific purpose: DUT power supply, 4-wire measurements, ICT, GPIO or the supervision of the injected signal.
