End of line testers, whether they are ICT or functional (FKT), require the use of solid-state relays (SSR) for creating paths for applying the correct stimulus into the device under test (DUT) pins. This fact makes Relay Boards one of the most critical parts of the system due to several considerations: reliability, simplicity, and cost. Lynx Tester has a small but sufficient set of Switch Matrix Relay Boards, each designed for a specific purpose: DUT power supply, 4-wire measurements, ICT, GPIO or the supervision of the injected signal.
The core of the tester hardware. Hardware boards are based on Solid State Relays, which perform better than mechanical relays.
Customizable
Always adaptable to fit new customer requirements. In order to optimize cost and system complexity, new electronic boards can be developed on demand.
Ethernet Controlled
No need for expensive test buses, such as Profibus or GPIB. The internal backplane converts Ethernet to CAN messages to interact with Lynx test boards.
Modular and Scalable
Lynx Matrix Test Boards are delivered into a 19” subrack structure, 3U with a smart backplane for controlling up to 11 boards. If more test points are needed, it can be expanded easily by adding more test cards depending on DUT pinout size of it.
Measurement and Control
Test hardware architecture is designed to simplify cables and connectivity between test equipment and modules to reduce potential equipment failures.
